Jodi Wotowey
Head Athletic Trainer: Soccer and Women's Basketball

Jodi Wotowey enters her second year as the head athletic trainer for Idaho State athletics. She enters her fifth season as the athletic trainer for the ISU women's basketball team. Wotowey is also the athletic trainer for the ISU women's soccer program.

Before coming to Idaho Sate, Wotowey spent six years at Texas A&M University as an athletic trainer for the women's soccer and softball programs. Wotowey then left Texas A&M to take a position at Texas Christian University, where she was the athletic trainer for the men's and women's soccer teams, as well as the baseball team. After three years at TCU, Wotowey then returned to Texas A&M to work with fall baseball, softball, volleyball, and football teams.

Wotowey received a bachelor's degree in biology with an emphasis in athletic training at Saint Mary of the Plains College in Dodge City, Kansas. Wotowey also played volleyball for Saint Mary of the Plains College. She then received a master's degree in exercise physiology and kinesiology at the University of Texas at Tyler.

Wotwey was born and raised in Fort Collins, Colorado. She is a member of the National Athletic Trainer's Association.



Ryan Cromie
Assistant Athletic Trainer: Football, Indoor Track, and Golf

Ryan Cromie enters his fourth year as an athletic trainer for Idaho State athletics. Cromie enters his first year as the head football athletic trainer. He also oversees the golf team.

Cromie brings with him three years experience of student athletic training from Cal State - Sacramento, one year with Sacramento Community College, and two years with Santa Rosa Junior College giving him experience with over 10 different sports.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from CSUS in 2003, and Associates Degree in Science from SRJC in 1999, and has a Masters in Athletic Administration from Idaho State in 2007.



Greg Obray
Assistant Athletic Trainer: Volleyball and Softball

Greg Obray has been practicing athletic training at ISU since 2006; primarily working with the women's volleyball and softball teams. Obray came to ISU after working for a year at the University of Washington from 2005-06 with the men's soccer, softball, and cheerleading squads.

He started as a student athletic trainer at ISU from 2000-02 working with football, track and field, and men's basketball. Obray then transfered to Boise State from 2003-05 where he earned his BS in Athletic Training while working with BSU football, tennis, and gymnastics.

Obray also spent the Summer of 2004 as an athletic training intern with the San Fransisco 49ers and has worked as a physical therapy aide at Pocatello Physical Therapy and Sports Clininc, in Pocatello, while doing his undergraduate work.



Tom Brock
Assistant Athletic Trainer: Men's Basketball and Tennis

Tom Brock returns for his seventh year as an athletic trainer at Idaho State. Brock returns for his third season with the men's basketball program and his fourth season with the men's and women's tennis programs. He spend his first two years at Idaho State as a graduate assistant, where he served as the athletic trainer for a pair of Big Sky Conference soccer titles.

Brock serves as First-Aid/CPR Coordinator for the department. He also served an athletic training internship with the New Orleans Saints, and he is a certified Eagle Scout. He has quickly entrenched himself in the community, serving on the athletic training staff for the Simplot Games.

A licensed ATC for the state of Idaho, Tom earned his bachelor's degree in kinesiology from Boise State in 2002, and his master's from Idaho State in athletic administration in 2004.



Jon Hartman
Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer: Track and Field

Jon Hartman is entering his second year as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer for the Bengals. Hartman has worked exclusively with the Track and Field program for two years. He finished his first athletic training assignment as a certified athletic trainer working with the ISU football team. His undergraduate athletic training assignments included Ashland soccer, swimming, track and field, baseball, spring football and work at the local high school.

Hartman graduated from Ashland University in Ohio with a BS in Athletic Training in May of 2007. He is working on his masters in Physical Education and Athletic Administration.
