Bengals in Boise Golf Scramble set for June 2
May 18, 2007 Pocatello, ID --- Idaho State University's 16th Annual Bengal Golf Scramble will be held Saturday, June 2nd at the Banbury Golf Club in Eagle, Idaho. To kick off the event, participants, alumni and friends are invited to the ISU Golf Gathering on June 1st also at Banbury. ISU Athletic Director Paul A. Bubb will be attendance along with head football coach John Zamberlin, women's basketball coach Jon Newlee, women's soccer coach Allison Gibson, golf coach Dave Molitor and members of the men's basketball and football staff. The ISU Golf Gathering will begin at 6:30 p.m. A silent and live auction will be held in conjunction with the gathering. Among the featured auction items are a trip for two to any Kansas City Chiefs home game during the 2007 season; two box seats for the Las Vegas Nextel Cup and lodging at New York New York, a Boise Burn Executive Suite Package for 2007 season, an ISU Homecoming package, and several golf packages including Ruby View Golf course in Elko; McCall Golf Course; River Birch Golf Course; Falcon Crest Golf Course. The June 2 tournament format is a six-person scramble with morning and afternoon flights. The $90.00 entry fee includes green fees, cart, tee prize, range balls, lunch and beverages.
