Pocatello, ID --- Idaho State head football coach John Zamberlin announced that Demetrius Grant out of Southwestern College has signed a grant-in-aid to join the 2009 Bengal football team, bumping up his recruiting class by one to 28. Grant is the sixth offensive lineman signed. The Bengals in all now have 13 signees from California, seven from Washington, five from Idaho, and one each from Utah, Arizona, and Hawai'i. ISU signed 15 on offense (six offensive line, four receivers, two quarterbacks, two running backs and one athlete who will be either a receiver or running back) and 11 on defense (nine defensive linemen, one defensive back and one linebacker. Two signees are lineman who can play either side. ISU picked up 22 freshman and six junior college transfers. Demetrius Grant
