Marc Pijoan begins his second season as a graduate assistant coach for the men's and women's tennis teams. Pijoan played for Idaho State from 2003-08 as one of the best singles and doubles performers posting an overall record of 77-68. He recorded a 44-30 record, competing at the number one spot from fall 2005-spring 2008 (redshirted 2006). In Doubles he posted an overall record of 33-38. Over his career Pijoan was named to the Big Sky Conference First Team All-Conference three consecutive times from 2003-2006 and was named to the Second Team during the 2007-08 season. He was named the 2005, 2006 and 2008 Most Valuable Player of the men's team at the Bennion Banquet. He earned All-Academic all four years that he competed. Pijoan graduated from Idaho State with a business degree in 2008 and is currently working on his masters in Business Administration.
