2007-08 Track: Competed in three events during the indoor season before sitting out the outdoor campaign... Ran a 4:32.51 in the 1-mile run at the MSU Open (2/1) to finish sixth place... Took 17th place in the 5,000-meter run at the Big Sky Conference Indoor Championships (2/29), running a 16:15.28.

2007 Cross Country: Placed sixth at the ISU vs. SUU dual (9/1), running 20:11 on the 6K course...Finished 36th at the Montana State Invitational (9/15), running the 5-mile course in 26:15 to finish third among ISU runners...Came in fifth among ISU runners and 42nd overall at the Bob Firman Cross Country meet (9/22), completing the five-mile course in 26:45.86...Placed 20th overall at the Southern Utah Color Country meet (10/14), running a 24:09.10 on the 8K course...Finished fifth among ISU runners and 39th overall at the Big Sky Conference Championship (10/27), completing the 8000-meter course in 26:22.8...Ran a 33:17.2 in the 10K at the NCAA Mountain Region meet (11/10), third among Idaho State runners.

2006-07 Track: Competed in the outdoor season in the 3,000 meter steeplechase...Achieved his best time of the season in the 3,000 meter steeple chase with a time of 9:37.58 at the Mark Faldmo Invitational (4/14)...Also competed in the 5,000 meter run and the 1,500-meter run...Had best time of the season in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 4:09.90 at the Idaho State Springfest (4/21)...Had best time of the season in the 5,000 meter run with a time of 15:19.31 at the Idaho State Springfest (4/21). 2006 Cross Country: Placed 47th at the BYU Autumn Classic (9/9), running 22:13.2 on the 4-mile course...Placed sixth at the ISU Albertson College Dual (9/16), running a 20:29 6-kilometer race... Placed 28th at the Montana Invitational (9/30), running a 26:44 8-kilometer race...Placed 13th at the SUU Invitational (10/14), covering the 8-kilometer course in 24:35.71...Placed 44th in the Big Sky Conference (10/28), running the 8-kilometer race in 26:33.
