2006-07 Track: Competed as a pole vaulter in the indoor and outdoor seasons...Had season best of 14-7.0 in the pole vault at the Mountain State Games (2/10) during the indoor season...Posted a season best of 14-3.25 in the pole vault at the Hornet Invitational (3/24) during the outdoor season.

2005-06 Track: Was mainly a pole vaulter for the Bengals... Cleared a season-best of 14-5.25 at the Reno Pole Vault Summit (1/27)... His second best mark of the season came at the ISU Multiple Duals (2/11) when he cleared 14-5... He competed in one heptathlon during the indoor season scoring 3830 points at the Mountain States Games (2/4)... In his heptathlon he jumped 20-5.75 in the long jump, cleared 5-5 in the high jump, and ran 11.42 in the 60-meter hurdles for some season-bests... Outdoors he placed third at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/13) in the pole vault with a height of 15-1... He cleared a season-best 15-7 at the Robison Invitational (4/29) winning the open section of the pole vault.

2004-05 Track: Pole vaulted only during the indoor season... Cleared a season-best of 15-5 at the ISU Friday Night Dual (1/28) where he also recorded his only win of the season... Jumped 15-0 at the Mountain States Games (2/5) placing eighth...Qualified for the Big Sky Conference Indoor Championships (2/26) in the pole vault.

2003-04 Track: Competed in the pole vault both during the indoor and outdoor seasons... Recorded a season-best pole vault mark of 13-8 at the ISU Double Dual (1/30)... Placed tied for third at the Intermountain Championships (3/6)... Finished sixth at the Utah State Faldmo Open (4/17) with an outdoor pole vault mark of 13-5.75.

High School: Lettered in soccer, tennis, snowboarding and track and field at Bear River High School... Holds school record in shuttle hurdles... Received high honors for Golden State exam biology test... Had a poem that was published in "A Celebration of Young Poets."

Personal: Parents are Robert and Suzanne Litchfield...Has three siblings, Paul, Rob and Melissa... Brother, Paul pole vaulted for ISU...Major is Physical Education with a minor in coaching.
