2007-08 Track: Competed for the Bengals during the indoor season before sitting out the outdoor campaign...Turned in his best finish in the 1-mile run at the UW Last Chance meet (3/8), finishing the mile in 4:11.15, good for second at the event. He also finished third in the 1-mile run at the Big Sky Conference Indoor Championships (2/29), running a time of 4:14.36... Finished the 3,000-meter run in 8:43.91 at the Best Buy Wildcat Indoor Open (2/23)... Won the distance medley event at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/29), finishing with a time of 10:07.01.

2007 Cross Country: Finished every competition second among all Idaho State competitors...Ran a time of 20:04 on a 6K course at Idaho State's dual against Southern Utah (9/1)...Came in 33rd overall at the Montana State Invitational, finishing the 5-mile course in 26:12...Placed 12th at the Bob Firman Cross Country Meet in Boise (9/22), recording a time of 25:53.77 on the 5-mile course...Finished second to teammate Saheed Khan at the second ISU dual (10/6), running the 6K course in 10:10...Placed fourth at the Southern Utah Color Country meet (10/14), finishing the 8K course in 23:10.40...Completed the 8000-meter course at the Big Sky Conference Championships in 25:20.3, placing 15th overall.

2006-07 Track: Competed in the outdoor season...Competed as a distance runner in the 3,000 Meter steeplechase, the 1,500-meter run and the 5,000-meter run...Achieved his best time of the season in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, as well as best time for the Bengals in the 2007 season, with a time of 9:03.87 at the Robison Invitational (4/28) giving him eighth place in the All Time Top Ten Performances and eighth place in the All Time Top Ten Performers record...Had a time of 3:55.04 in the 1,500-meter race at the Robison Invitational to achieve his best run of the season...Ran his best season time in the 5,000-meter run at the Mark Faldmo Invitational (4/14) with a time of 15:30.69.

Previous College: Attended Iowa State University in 2005-2006...Lettered in both cross country and track and field...Was a Big Twelve Academic All-Conference.

High School: He was the cross country state champion two times, 1600 meter state champion three times, and the 3200-meter state champion three times...In cross country he received all-state honors four times and was voted cross country MVP from 2001-2004...In track and field he took second place in the 800-meter run at the state championship meet...He was also voted track MVP from 2003-2005...He was a member of the Jr. National Mountain Running Team that competed in the World Running Trophy in Sauze Doux, Italy...He was a member of his cross country team that took second in cross country in 2002...He also helped his track and field team to consecutive third place finishes in 2001 and 2002.
