2005-06 Track: Ran mainly the 800-meter run for the Bengals during the indoor and outdoor seasons... Never finished lower than seventh in the 800-meters indoors... Clocked a season-best of 1:54.66 in the preliminary round of the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/25)... He went on to finish seventh in the finals with a time of 1:56.23 at the Big Sky Championships... Ran his second fastest time of 1:55.39 at the ISU Multiple Duals (2/11) taking third place... He ran one 1 Mile race clocking a 4:39.37 at the Intermountain Championships (3/4)... Ran his outdoor best in the 800-meter run at the Robison Invitational (4/29) where he recorded a time of 1:54.50 to place tenth in the invitational section... His second fastest time came at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/13) when he ran 1:55.68 and took 11th.

2005 Cross Country: Placed 11th at the SUU, Westminster (9/10) meet running a time of 27:53 on an 8-kilometer course... Ran his fastest 8-kilometer race at the SUU Invite (10/15) clocking a time of 25:02.20 for a 30th place finish... Placed 38th at the Big Sky Conference Championships (10/29)...Placed ninth at the ISU Multiple Dual (10/8) running a time of 20:45 on a 6-kilometer course.

2004-05 Track: Ran in seven meets during the indoor season... Raced in the 800-meter run every meet with two first place titles during the season... His first title came at the Mountain States Games (2/5) in a time of 1:55.76... His second win of the season came at the Intermountain Championships (3/5)... Clocked a season-best time of 1:55.32 at the Bobcat Duals (2/11) where he ran to a fourth place finish... Six out of his seven meets he finished in the top-five... Competed at the BSC Indoor Championships (2/26) where he placed 11th... Competed in the 800-meters outdoors at seven meets also... Took first place at the Spring Break Open (3/17)... Ran a season-best time of 1:54.63 at the Robison Invitational (4/23)... Competed at the Big Sky Conference Outdoor Championships (5/14) placing tenth. 2004 Cross Country: Competed in four races during the season for ISU... Placed 13th at the ISU-Wheeling Jesuit Dual (9/11) with a time of 29:45 over the 8,000-meter course... Placed 16th at the ISU Invitational (9/4) with a 6,000-meter time of 20:59.
