2005-06 Track: Ran in six meets indoors... Clocked a time of 2:01.20 in his only 800-meter run of the season at the Snake River Open (1/14)... Ran a 1 Mile in 4:16.54 at the Mountain States Games (2/4) for a season-best time... Took sixth at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/25) with a time of 4:26.46... Ran his second fastest 1 Mile at the Intermountain Championships (3/4) in 4:20.35... Clocked his best 3000-meter run at the ISU Multiple Duals (2/11) in 8:34.01... Took tenth at the Big Sky Championships in the 3000-meters... Was a member of the winning distance medley relay team at the Big Sky Championships... Outdoors he clocked 2:01.15 at the Wildcat Invitational (4/8) in the 800-meters... Had a season-best time of 4:03.48 in the 1500-meter run at the Mark Faldmo Invitational (4/22)... Clocked his second-best 1500-meters of the season in 4:04.97 at the Wildcat Invitational... Had a time of 4:26.64 in the 1 Mile at the Robison Invitational (4/29) where he took ninth... 2005 Cross Country: Participated in all seven meets during the 2005 season... Tied for first place at the ISU Multiple Dual (10/8) clocking a time of 19:51 on a 6-kilometer course... Took 20th place at the Big Sky Championships (10/29) racing to a time of 26:28.10 on an 8-kilometer course... Finished the 8-kilometer course at the SUU, Westminster Dual (9/10) in sixth place with a time of 26:45.

High School: Ran cross country and track all four years while attending Soda Springs HS... Was first team All-State and Runner-up in cross country... Earned first place one season in the Idaho State High School Cross Country Championships and also in the 1600 meter and 800 meter runs at the state track meet... Was a member of a four time state appearance cross country team... Member of the cross country team which placed third at the state championships in 2001 and 2004... Was an Eagle Scout and a member of the Honor Roll.
