2007-08 Track: Had a spectacular indoor season as a junior, winning the heptathlon at the Big Sky Conference Indoor Championships (2/29) by scoring 5,073 points despite only competing in two other events prior to conference competition... During the heptathlon portion of the Big Sky Conference Indoor Championships, finished first in the 60-meter hurdles (8.62 seconds) and the shot put (48-08)... Cleared 15-01 to finish tied for second in the pole vault part of the heptathlon at the conference championships... Competed in two meets during the outdoor season, finishing 11th in the heptathlon by scoring 5,659 points at the CSUN Spring Break Open (3/15)... Finished second in the shot put at the All-Idaho Cup (4/5) with a throw of 46-06.

2006-07 Track: Had a great sophomore year competing in outdoor track...Had a season best 100 meter dash with a time of 11.79 at the Weber State Twilight Meet (5/2)...Ran a 23.74 in the 200-meter dash at the Mark Faldmo Invitational (4/14)...Had a season best 400-meter run with a time of 53.67 at the Idaho State Spring Invitational (4/21)...Ran a 5:42.62 in the 1,500-meter run at the Idaho State Spring Fest (4/21)...Achieved a season best of 15.80 in the 110 meter hurdles at the Robison Invitational (4/28)...Ran a 400-meter hurdle in 1:03.03 at the Boise State Dual (4/7)...Had a season best pole vault with a height of 14-11 at the ISU Spring Fest Relays (4/21)...Achieved a season best long jump of 20-9.75 at the ISU Spring Fest Relays (4/21)...Had the fourth best record for the season as a Bengal in the shot put with a distance of 46-7.5 at the Weber State Twilight Meet (5/2)...Also had the fourth best record for the season as a Bengal in the discus throw with a distance of 147 at the Mark Faldmo Invitational (4/14)...Had a javelin throw of 150-8 at the ISU Spring Fest Relays (4/21)...Had third best record for the season as a Bengal in the Decathlon with 6,128 points at the Spring Break Open (3/16).

2005-06 Track: Had an excellent freshman campaign as a multi-event athlete... Ran 8.24 in the 55-meter hurdles at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/25)... Had a season-best of 8.83 in the 60-meter hurdles at the Snake River Open (1/14)... Ran 7.03 in the 55-meter dash in the heptathlon of the Big Sky Championships... Recorded a 24.15 in the 200-meter dash at the Snake River Open... At the Big Sky Championships heptathlon he cleared 5-9.25 for a season-best mark... Long jumped to a 20-2 mark at the ISU Multiple Duals (2/11)... Cleared a season-best of 14-3.25 in the Big Sky Championships heptathlon in the pole vault... Had a season-best of 45-10.75 in the shot put at the Mountain States Games (2/4)... Scored 4674 in the heptathlon at the Big Sky Championships ranking him eighth all-time in ISU performers... Threw 35-3.50 in the weight throw at the Intermountain Championships (3/4)... Outdoors he placed ninth in the decathlon at the Big Sky Championships (5/13) with a score of 6094 points...
