2004-05: Competed in both the indoor and outdoor seasons in the sprints... Never finished lower than sixth in the 55-meter dash with one win for the season... The win came at the Bobcat Duals (2/11) where he ran a 6.40 to record his fastest time of the indoor season... Competed at the Big Sky Conference Indoor Championships (2/26) where he placed sixth... Ran the 60-meter dash at the BSU Multi Dual (1/22) and the Intermountain Championships (3/5) placing sixth and third respectively and recording his fastes time of 7.04 at the later of the two meets... Clocked a 22.11 in the 200-meter dash at the Snake River Open (1/15) for his fastest time of the season... Crossed the line in seventh place at the BSC Championships... Took second at the Mountain States Games (2/5) in a time of 22.26... Ran only two 100-meter races outdoors for the season... Recorded a time of 10.93 at the Al Manuel Invitational (4/2) and placed third... Took tenth at the ISU Springfest.

2003-04: A sprint runner in both the indoor and outdoor seasons... Recorded two top-two finishes in the 55-meter dash... Recorded a season-best 55-meter time of 6.53 at the Intermountain Championships (3/6)... Placed 10th at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/27) with a 55-meter time of 6.60... Ran a season-best time of 22.34 in the 200-meter dash at the Mountain State Games (2/7)... Placed 10th at the Big Sky Indoor Championships in the 200-meter dash with a time of 22.55... Competed in the 100-meter and 200-meter events during the outdoor season... Recorded a season-best time of 10.93 in the 100-meter dash at the Al Manuel Invitational (4/3)... Placed eighth in the 200-meter dash with a time of 22.53 at the Al Manuel Invitational.

2002-03: Ran his way to three top-five performances in the 55-meters... Clocked a season-best time of 6.48 in the 55-meters at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/28)... Placed first at the Intermountain Championships (3/8) in the 55-meters with a time of 6.56... Also ran to first place finish at the Intermountain Championships in the 200-meters with a time of 22.92... Finished with a time of 10.78 in the 100-meters at the Al Manuel Invitational (4/5), good for first place.

High School: State champion in the 100-meter as a sophomore, junior and senior at Wendell High... State champion in the 200-meter as a junior and senior... Has bests of 10.56 in the 100 and 21.6 in the 200... Owns the state record in the 100-meter and 200-meter and ran on state record holding relays (4x100, 4x200)... Was also an All-State running back his junior and senior seasons in football... Was an All-State selection as a defensive back and was named Defensive MVP of the State All-Star Game.
