2004-05 Track: Ran the 800-meters once indoors and took the winning title in 1:57.34 at the Snake River Open (1/15)...Placed third at the BSC Championships (2/26) in the 1-Mile run crossing the line in 4:19.28...He ran a season-best time of 4:17.32 at the Mountain States Games (2/5)...Placed 11th at the BSC Championships in the 3000-meter run clocking a time of 8:52.55...Recorded a season best time of 8:36.36 at the Bobcat Duals (2/11)...Ran in one 1-Mile race outdoors taking fourth in a time of 4:12.89 at the Robison Invitational (4/23)...Placed ninth at the BSC Championships (5/14) in the 1500-meter run clocking a time of 4;07.68...He raced to his season-best time of 4:00.09 at the Spring Break Open (3/17)...Ran the 3000-meter steeplechase once during the season recording a seventh place finish at the BSC Championships with a time of 9:58.54...Took the 11th place spot in the 5000-meters at the BSC Championships...Raced to a 14:32.17 finish at the Cardinal Invitational (5/6) for his fastest 5000-meters of the season.

2004 Cross Country: One of ISU's top finishers in each race during the 2004 season... Placed fifth at the ISU Invitational (9/4) with a 6,000-meter time of 19:12.... Was ISU's top finisher, placing third at the Notre Dame Invitational with an 8-kilometer time of 24:48... Received All-Big Sky honors after placing fifth at the Big Sky Championships (10/30) with a 5-mile time of 24:23...Earned the Male Cross Country Athlete of the Year at the annual Bennion Banquet.

2004 Track: Competed in the distance events during both the indoor and outdoor seasons... Recorded a season-best time of 4:16.86 in the 1600-meter run at the Montana State Dual Invitational (2/13)... Finished with a season-best time of 8:56.48 in the 3,000-meter run at the Montana State Dual... Competed in the 3,000-meter steeplechase during the outdoor season... Finished fourth with a season-best time of 9:43.39 in the steeplechase at the Al Manuel Invitational (4/3).

2003 Cross Country: Raced in five races during the season...Covered a 6-kilometer course in 19:28 at the ISU Season Opener (8/30)...Ran the 5-mile course at the MSU Invitational (9/20) in 26:57.71 while placing ninth...Clocked a time fo 26:21.8 over an 8-kilometer course at the Montana Invitational (10/4)...Covered the same amount of distance at the SUU Invitational (10/18) in 25:07.70 and taking sixth...Competed at the NCAA Mountain Regional Championships (11/15) placing 67th in a time of 33:25 over a 10-kilometer course.

2002-03 Track: Competed in the 800-meters, mile, and 3,000-meter indoor events... Placed third at the Intermountain Championships in the 800-meters, clocking a time of 2:00.82 for third place... Placed in the top-four twice in the mile run... Clocked a mile time of 4:18.17, placing him fourth at the Dominos Pizza All-Comers Meet (1/25)... Placed sixth at the Snake River Open in the 3,000-meters with a time of 9:04.04... Ran the 1500-meter, 3,000-meter steeplechase and 5,000-meter outdoor events... Placed second in the 1500-meters at the Robison Invitational with a time of 4:03.69 (4/26)... Ran a season best in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 9:48.43 at the Al Manuel Invitational 9:48.43 (4/5)... Placed sixth in the 5,000-meters at the State Challenge Cup with a time of 15:32.39 (4/19).

2002 Cross Country: Ran in five meets in his first season with the Bengals... Top finish came at the ISU Invitational as he took 12th overall in a time of 26:54 for the eight-kilometer course... Was the Bengals third finisher and the 77th overall at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships, completing the 10-kilometer course in 32:56... Had his best eight-kilometer time of the season with a 26:34 at the Montana State Invitational.

Lane Community College: Competed in cross country and track and field for Lane CC... Was named team captain and earned team MVP honors in his only season on the team... Has bests of 4:20 in the mile and 15:41 for the 5K... Also a strong student at LCC, posting a 3.4 GPA.

High School: A three-sport athlete for Bear River High School, competing in cross country, track and soccer... Was a two-time all-league selection in track, as well as a two-time team MVP... Was also twice named All-State... Had a 3.0 GPA and was a member of the honor roll.

Personal: Parents are Dele and Debbie Tyrrell... Has three siblings, Steve, Jennie and Katie... Majoring in Spanish
