He went on to run a 1:55.41 in the final round of the Big Sky Championships (2/25) to place fifth... In the 1 Mile run he placed second at the Big Sky Indoor Championships with a time of 4:23.94... He never placed lower than second in the 1 Mile during the season... Clocked his fastest 1 Mile at the ISU Multiple Duals (2/11) in a time of 4:12.28... He won the only 3000-meter run he competed in at the Snake River Open (1/14) with a time of 8:45.39... Was a member of the gold medal Big Sky Championships distance medley relay team... Outdoors he had one win in the 800-meter run at the Al Manuel Invitational (4/1) with a time of 1:54.38... He clocked his fastest 800-meters of the season in the prelims of the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/13) at 1:52.21 but finished seventh overall after running 1:53.84 in the final round... Took second at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships in the 1500-meter run with a time of 3:50.85, his fastest time of the season... This time put him tenth on the all-time ISU performers list in the 1500-meter run... He was an NCAA West Region Championships (5/26) qualifier where he ran 3:56.24 and took 14th... He ran the 1 Mile once during the outdoor season clocking a 4:07.22 time at the Robison Invitational (4/29).

2005 Cross Country: Placed sixth at the Big Sky Conference Championships (10/29) earning All-Conference Honors... Took 23rd place at the NCAA Regional Championships (11/12)... Placed second at the SUU, Westminster Dual (9/10) running a 26:33 8-kilometer race... Tied for first at the ISU Multi Dual (10/8) covering the 6-kilometer course in 19:51.

2004-05 Track: Raced in only three 800-meter races but finished fifth at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/26) with a time of 1:56.36... He ran his season-best in the indoor 800-meters during the preliminary round of 1:54.69... Raced in the 1-Mile run six times finishing in the top-five all but one race... Ran his fastest time at the Bobcat Duals (2/11) in 4:12.44... Was second at the BSC Championships (2/26) with a time of 4:18.42... Placed fourth in the 3000-meter run for a season-best race of 8:37.48 at the BSU Multi Dual (1/22)... Placed 12th at the BSC Championships in the 3000-meter run... Finished in the top-five four times during the outdoor season in the 800-meter run... Ran a 1:56.39 for a sixth place finish at the Big Sky Outdoor Conference Championships (5/14)... Clocked a 1:53.66 at the Weber State Invitational (4/9) for a season-best mark in the 800-meters... Placed fourth at the Cardinal Invitational (5/6) with a time of 3:49.29 in the 1500-meter run.... 2004 Cross Country: Finished with All-Big Sky honors after placing ninth at the Big Sky Championships with a time of 24:40 over the five mile course... Also tied for second place at the ISU-Wheeling Jesuit Dual with a time of 27:55 over the 8,000-meter course... Placed fourth at the Southern Utah Invitational with an 8-kilometer time of 25:49.

2003-04 Track: Competed in three events during the indoor season... Finished third with a season-best time of 1:54.58 in the 800-meter run at the Intermountain Championships (3/6)... Also placed third with a time of 1:57.28 in the 800-meter run at the ISU Double Dual (1/30)... Finished third in the mile run at the Snake River Open (1/17) with a season-best time of 4:17.07... Also placed fourth at the ISU-Weber State Dual (1/10) in the 1600-meters with a time of 4:20.80... Finished seventh at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/27) in the 1600-meter run with a time of 4:18.44... Placed seventh with a season-best time of 9:03.50 in the 3,000-meter run at the Snake River Open (1/17)... Ran in three events during the outdoor season... Placed first at the ISU Springfest (5/1) with a time of 1:56.27 in the 800-meter run... Took three third place finishes in the 1500-meter run... 2003 Cross Country: Was impressive during his first cross country season... Highest finish was ninth at the Southern Utah Invitational (10/18), finishing the 8-kilometer course with a time of 25:18.21... Also placed 16th at the Montana State Invitational with a time of 26:41.4 over the five mile course... Placed 24th at the Big Sky Cross Country Championships with a time of 27:41 over the 8-kilometer course... Placed 68th at the NCAA Regionals with a 10-kilometer time of 33:26.

High School: Member of the basketball, cross country and track teams at Central Technical School... Placed fourth in the 800-meters at the Canadian Junior Track and Field Championships... Bronze medallist in the 800-meters at the OFSAA Championships... 2003 Eastern Canadian Espoir 5000-meter champion... finished 10th at the 2001 Canadian Junior Cross Country Championships and 16th at the 2002 OFSAA Senior Boys Cross Country Championships... Honor Roll student... Named school's track and cross country MVP.
