Jordan Green enters his sixth season as an assistant coach with Idaho State. Green's duties include film exchange, assisting with the guard work, recruiting, and practices. Green most recently helped the Bengals to a fourth place finish in the Big Sky regular season and a near upset of Montana in the Big Sky semifinal tournament game. During the 2007-08 season Green helped the Bengals to a second place Big Sky Conference finish which ensured Idaho State's placement in the WNIT, the third appearance in ISU history. He also helped the team reach the 2007 Big Sky Conference tournament championship and an appearance in the NCAA Tournament. Green has been with the Bengals for each of the past two postseason runs. Prior to Idaho State, Green spent time as an assistant coach with the Seattle University men's basketball team where he was in charge of the point guards. He also assisted with the recruiting, scouting and offensive schemes of the team. Green also worked as an assistant women's basketball coach at Blaine High School in Washington, where he helped the team to a third and fourth place finishes at the Washington State Tournament. A native of Cashmere, Washington, Green is the second oldest in a family of four children. He received a bachelor's degree in elementary education from George Fox University in Newberg, Oregon. He also recently received his master's degree from Idaho State in physical education with an emphasis in athletic administration.
