2005-06: Competed only during the indoor season... Redshirted the outdoor season... Competed in the 200-meter and 400-meter dashes... Had a season-best mark of 24.82 in the 200-meter dash where she took fourth in the Big Sky Championships (2/25)... Won both the Mountain States Games (2/4) and ISU Multiple Duals (2/11) with times of 24.96 and 24.07 respectively... Ran a season-best mark of 55.24 in the 400-meter dash at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/25) to place second in the event... Won the MSU Open (1/20) with a time of 57.93... Won the Mountain States Games (2/4) 400-meter dash with a time of 56.47... Took first in the 400-meter dash at the ISU Multiple Duals (2/11) with a time of 56.63 seconds.

2004-05: Ran sprints for the Bengals indoors and outdoors... Recorded a 7.45 55-meter dash in the Friday Night Dual (1/28) preliminary round... Ran a season-best of 25.11 in the 200-meter dash at the Big Sky Conference Championships (2/26) taking third overall and earning All-Conference Honors... Placed in the top-five in all six 200-meter races in which she competed... Won six out of seven 400-meter races indoors with the one loss coming as a second place finish... Clocked a season-best time of 55.86 in the preliminary race of the BSC Championships 400-meter dash... Won the finals in a 57.03 to earn the conference champion honor... Outdoors she raced in three 100-meter dashes with her best race coming at the ISU Springfest (4/30) where she recorded a time of 12.36 and taking third place... Ran in nine 200-meter races outdoors with three first place finishes... Took fourth at the BSC Championships (5/14) running her second best time of the year of 24.88... Recorded her quickest time of the season at the Robison Invitational (4/23) where she ran a 24.49 in the preliminary round... Tallied another All-Conference honor in the 400-meter dash outdoors placing second in a time of 55.22, her best of the season... Also earned the Most Valuable Female Athlete of Track and Field at ISU's annual Bennion Banquet.

2003-04: Competed in both the indoor and outdoor seasons, competing in the sprints... Placed fifth at the Big Sky Indoor Championships in the 200-meters with a time of 25.60... Set a season-best time in the 55-meters at the Snake River Open (1/17) with a time of 7.49... Set a season-best in the 400-meters with a time of 57.25 at the Intermountain Championships (3/6)... Placed fourth at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/15) in the 400-meter dash with a time of 24.98... Was the Big Sky Outdoor champion in the 400-meter dash with a season-best time of 55.69.

2002-03: Ran a season-best time of 7.38 time in the 55-meters at the Big Sky Indoor Championship (2/28)... Clocked a time of 25:47 in the 200-meters at the Intermountain Indoor Championships (3/8), good for second place... Finished sixth at the ISU Springfest (5/3) in the 100-meters with a season-best time of 12.47.

High School: State champion in the 100-meter and second in the state in the 200-meter as a senior for Burley High School... Won the state championship in the 100-meter as a junior as well... State record holder in the 100-meter... Was twice named team MVP... Holds the school record in the 200 and ran on the school record-holding 4x100 relay... Has bests of 12.47 in the 100-meter and 25.89 in the 200-meter... Also competed in volleyball and basketball at Burley... Helped lead the volleyball team to the state tournament... A solid student as well, being a member of the National Honor Society.
