2005-06: Competed only during the indoor season... Threw the shot put and weight throw... Won the Snake River Open (1/14) with a throw of 45-4... Won the Intermountain Championships (3/4) with a toss of 41-1... Had a season-best throw of 46-0.50 at the ISU Multiple Duals (2/11)... Took fifth at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/25) with a toss of 44-9... In the weight throw she had a season-best of 55-2.50 at the Mountain States Games (2/4)... She won both the Snake River Open and Intermountain Championships in the weight throw as well.

2004-05: Threw the shot put and weight throw indoors... Competed in the BSC Indoor Championships (2/25) in the shot put recording a mark of 40-5... Had a season best shot put of 42-6.25 at the Intermountain Championships (3/5) placing second... Threw a season best of 49-5.75 at the Intermountain Championships in the weight throw... Competed for the Bengals during the outdoor season as well... Recorded a throw of 42-1.50 at the ISU Springfest (4/30) for a season-best mark in the shot put... Placed 13th at the BSC Outdoor Championships in the shot put throwing 40-3.50... Had a season-best mark of 113-6 in the discus throw at the Mark Faldmo Invitational (4/16)... At the same meet she recorded her best hammer throw of the season throwing a mark of 136-5.

2003-04: Competed as a thrower during both the indoor and outdoor seasons... Placed sixth in the shot put at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (3/27) with a season-best mark of 44-3.25... Recorded a season-best throw of 48-6.50 in the weight throw at the Snake River Open (1/17)... Placed eighth at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/15) in the shot put with a throw of 43-9.5... Set a season-best outdoor mark in the discus at the Weber State Invitational (4/10) with a mark of 127-7... Recorded a season-best mark of 148-3 in the hammer throw at the Utah State Mark Faldmo Open (4/17).

High School: Lettered in volleyball and track at Firth High School... Holds school record in the shot put with a mark of 40' 9"... Also holds the school record in the discus with a mark of 131' 11"... State champion in the shot put and discus in 2003... Member of the National Honor Society.
