2007-08 Track: Competed in three events during the indoor season, running in the 1-mile run in each event... Finished the 1-mile in 5:23.11 at the MSU Open (2/1), finishing seventh... Took fourth place in the 1,500-meter run at the Utah State meet (4/19) but actually recorded her fastest time of the season at the Big Sky Conference Outdoor Championships (5/17), running a 4:43.05... Finished the 5,000-meter run in 19:08.98 to place third at the Javier's Wildcat Open (4/12)... Ran the 800-meter run in 2:23.38 at the All-Idaho Cup (4/5), finishing ninth.

2007 Cross Country: Finished in the top 10 at two different races and was consistently in the top half of ISU's lineup... Placed ninth in Idaho State's first dual (9/1), running a 3K course in 11:39, and finished sixth in ISU's second dual (10/6), recording a time of 18:56 on a 4K course... Came in 23rd overall at Southern Utah's Color Country meet (10/14), running a 5K course in 17:50.10... Was the Bengals' fourth-best finisher at the Big Sky Conference Championships (10/27) and the No. 3 finisher at the NCAA Mountain Region Meet (11/10).

2006-07 Track: Competed in the mile run during the indoor season...Achieved her best 1 mile run time of 5:23.36 in the Friday Night Duels Series #2 (2/5)...Had her best finish in the 1 mile run by taking seventh place with a time of 5:35.58 (1/19)...Competed in the 1,500-meter Run during the outdoor season...Achieved her best 1,500-meter run with a time of 4:53.47 in the Robison Invitational (4/28)...Captured sixth place in the BSU Duel in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 4:54.15 (4/7)...Had her best time in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:24.67 at the Idaho State Springfest (4/21).

2006 Cross Country: Placed 43rd at the BYU Autumn Classic (9/9), running 20:31.9 on the 5-kilometer course...Placed 5th in the ISU Albertson College Dual (9/16), running a time of 17:18 in the 4-kilometer race...Placed 28th at the Montana Invitational (9/30), finishing the 6-kilometer race in 24:25...Placed 21st in the SUU Invitational (10/14), running a time of 19:11.98 in the 8-kilometer race...Placed 41st in the Big Sky Conference Championships (10/28), finishing the 5-kilometer race in 19:29. High School: Lettered all four years in basketball, cross country and track...Placed in the top-10 at the Idaho State Track Meet... Earned fifth in the 800-meters at state and ninth in the mile at state... Earned All-State in cross country and track for four years...2004 MVP and Runner of the Year in 2003 and 2005...Holds the school record in the 800-meters.
