2006-07 Track: Did not compete in the indoor season...Competed in the 800-meter run and the 1,500-meter run in the outdoor season...Had the second best 800-meter season best record with a time of 2:10.66 at the Robison Invitational (4/28)... Holds the third best All-Time Top Ten Performances record for the outdoor 800-meter run as well as the third best All-Time Top Ten Performers record...Held the season best record for the Bengals in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 4:31.76 at the Mt. Sac Relays (4/14)...Captured second place in the 800-meter dash with a time of 2:10.70 at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/12)...Posted a fourteenth place finish in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 4:56.76 at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/12).

2005-06 Track: Competed in the 800-meter run indoors and outdoors... Never placed lower than fourth all season... Her fourth place finish came in the prelims of the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/25) where she returned to the finals and took third with a time of 2:14.28... Ran an indoor best of 2:11.86 in the ISU Multiple Duals (2/11) while winning the event... Won the MSU Open (1/20) with a time of 2:14.93...Also clocked 2:11.95 race at the Mountain States Games (2/4) to place second in the invitational section... Ran a season best outdoor time of 2:12.62 at the Robison Invitational (4/29) where she placed sixth in the invitational section... She also clocked 2:12.79 race at the Mt. SAC Relays (4/13).

2005 Cross Country: Finish in the top-ten twice in the season with her best finish of second place coming at the ISU Multi Dual (10/8) where she clocked a time of 16:22 over a 4-kilometer course... Ran 19:01 at the Murray Keatinge Invitational (10/1) placing 37th on a 5-kilometer course...Ran 19:21.9 in a 5-kilometer race at the Big Sky Championships (10/29) to place 23rd overall and second for the Bengals.

2004-05 Track: Raced both indoors and outdoors... Ran the 800-meter run in 2:14.72 at the Friday Night Dual (1/28) for her season-best time... Competed in the 800-meters at the BSC Indoor Championships running a time of 2:15.90... Ran the 1 Mile run at the BSU Multi Duals (1/22) recording a time of 5:32.60... Ran the 400-meter dash outdoors in a 1:02.58 at the Spring Break Open (3/17)... Recorded a 4:59.97 in the 1500-meter run at the Spring Break Open...Did not compete the rest of the outdoor season.

2004 Cross Country: Was one of ISU's top finishers during each race... Placed fourth at the ISU Invitational (9/4) with a 3,000-meter time of 11:13.00... Placed sixth at the ISU-Wheeling Jesuit race with a 5,000-meter time of 21:26.10... Placed 22nd at the MSU Invitational (9/18) with a 3-mile time of 18:29.16... Placed third at the Southern Utah Invitational (10/16) with a 5-kilometer time of 17:54... Placed 14th at the Big Sky Championships (10/30) with a 3-mile time of 18:04...Won the Most Outstanding Female Performer in Cross Country at the annual Bennion Banquet.

2003-04 Track: Competed in both the indoor and outdoor seasons... Recorded a season-best time of 2:17.56 in the 800-meter run at the Montana State Dual (2/13)... Placed ninth at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/27) in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:18.30...Placed fourth in the 800-meter run at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/15) with a season-best time of 2:11.94.

2003 Cross Country: Competed in four meets for the Bengals during her debut season... Best performance was a 10th place finish at the Southern Utah Invitational (10/18), crossing the line with a time of 19:11.65.

High School: Member of cross country, track and basketball teams at Pocatello High School...Named Southeast Idaho Female Runner of the Year... Received first team All-State honors as a junior and senior... Named school's most outstanding female runner in 2002 and 2003... Two-time Idaho State champion in 800-meter...Qualified three times for the cross country state championships...Named school's valedictorian...Member of the honor roll and National Honor Society.

Personal: Parents are Jerry and Meg Downey...Has three siblings, Tim, Erin and Carey...Majoring in Biology/Pre-Physical Therapy.
