Paul Litchfield enters into his fourth year as an assistant coach for the Bengals. He competed four years for the Bengals in the multi-events and pole vault earning four Big Sky Champion titles in the pole vault (two indoors and two outdoors) and one title in the decathlon.

He earned All-American honors in 2002 for his performance in the pole vault and still holds both the indoor and outdoor ISU school records in the event.

During the 2005 season, Litchfield competed at the USA Indoor and Outdoor National Championships placing third and ninth respectively.

Litchfield is from Auburn, California, where he attended Bear River High School. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Idaho State University in 2003.
