2004-05: Threw during both the indoor and outdoor seasons...Recorded a season-best of 35-2 in the shot put at the Snake River Open (1/15)...She threw her season-best in the weight throw at the Intermountain Championships (3/5) marking a 43-9.75 throw also placing her third...Outdoors she threw the shot put 38-2.75 for a season-best at the ISU Springfest (4/30)...Recorded a season-best throw of 125-3 in the discus at the Weber State Twilight (5/4)...Threw 138-6 in the hammer throw at the Mark Faldmo Invitational (4/16) for her season-best hammer mark...Threw the javelin once outdoors at the ISU Springfest.

2003-04: Competed as a thrower during both the indoor and outdoor seasons... Set a season-best mark of 34-7 at the Intermountain Championships (3/6)... Recorded a season-best mark of 38-3 in the weight throw at the Intermountain Championships... Set a season-best outdoor mark of 36-1.25 in the shot put at the Al Manuel Invitational (4/3)... Season-best in the hammer was a mark of 112-00 at the Northridge Invitational (3/20)... Set a season best mark of 124-9 in the discus at the ISU Springfest (5/1).

2002-03: Participated in four meets... Recorded a season-best mark of 36-2 in the shot put at the Al Manuel Invitational (4/5)... Also recorded a season-best mark of 114-8 in the discus at the Al Manuel Invitational... Tossed the hammer 115-5, good for 12th at the ISU Springfest (5/3).

High School: Two sport athlete at Centennial High School, participating in volleyball and track... Set the CHS shot put record with a toss of 38-9 and added the discus mark with a throw of 118-6... She was named CHS Athlete of the Year for th e 1999 academic year... She helped lead her team to the district championship as a junior, as well as a third place finish at the state meet... On the volleyball court she helped Centennial to the state championship as a senior and a fourth place showing as a junior... She was an SIC Scholar Athlete, was a member of Who's Who Among American High School Students all four of her years, was a member of the honor roll three years and was a silver medalist at the Idaho State Academic Decathlon.

Personal: Full name is Jessica Dawn Lyman...Parents are Carla Parrish and Eric Lyman...Has two siblings, Jacob and Whitney... Her aunt, Kristi Parish-Curtis played volleyball at ISU... Majoring in Geology at ISU with a minor in French
