2007-08 Track: Competed in the indoor and outdoor seasons for the Bengals...Won fifth place in the 1-mile run at the Big Sky Conference Indoor Championships (2/29), finishing with a time of 5:04.57... Finished as the runner-up in the distance medley at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/29), recording a time of 11:47.53... Completed the 1,500-meter run in 4:39.56 seconds at the BYU Invitational (4/26) to take third... Knocked more than 13 seconds off her season-best in the 1,500-meter run at the Big Sky Conference Outdoor Championships (5/17), running a 4:26.36 and taking fourth place...Ran a season-low time of 2:12.12 in the 800-meter run in the preliminaries of the Big Sky Conference Outdoor Championships (5/17), and ended up seventh in that event.

2007 Cross Country: Recorded Idaho State's fastest time in every event she competed in but one... Finished in the top 10 at seven of her eight competitions, winning once and coming in second twice... Ran the 4K course in 17:16 to win Idaho State's second dual (10/6)... Finished second overall at Idaho State's dual with Southern Utah (10/1) and the Oktoberfest Alumni meet (10/20)... Finished fourth overall on a 5K course at Southern Utah (10/14) with a time of 16:20.90... Placed seventh at the Bob Firman Cross Country meet in Boise (9/22), 10th at the Montana State Invitational (9/15) and eighth at the Big Sky Conference Championships (10/27).

2006-07 Track: Competed in middle distance runs during the indoor and outdoor seasons...Posted the second best 800-meter run season best at the time of 2:21.32 at the MSU Open (1/19) during the indoor season...Posted the season best 1 mile run for the Bengals with a time of 5:14.53 at the ISU Duel Series #1 (1/12) during the indoor season...Captured eighth place with a time of 13:13.85 in the distance medley at the first spot...Posted the third season best in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:16.47 at the Mark Faldmo Invitational (4/14)...Posted the second season best in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 4:36.46 at the Robison Invitational (4/28).

2006 Cross Country: Placed 7th at the Idaho State vs. SUU, Utah Valley (9/2), with a time of 11:13 on the 3-kilometer course...Placed 20th at the BYU Autumn Classic (9/9), running 19:39 on the 5-kilometer course...Placed 2nd in the ISU Albertson College Dual (9/16), running a time of 16:12 in the 4-kilometer race...Placed 20th at the Montana Invitational (9/30), finishing the 6-kilometer race in 23:21...Placed 6th in the SUU Invitational (10/14), running a time of 18:01.71 in the 8-kilometer race...Placed 25th in the Big Sky Conference Championships (10/28), finishing the 5-kilometer race in 18:45.9.

2004-05 Track: Ran middle distances for the Bengals both indoors and outdoors...Ran the 800-meters six times indoors with her second fastest time being 2:13.51 in the finals of the BSC Indoor Championships (2/25) where she placed first earning All-Conference honors...Her fastest time was recorded at the Mountain States Games (2/4) where she clocked a 2:12.62...She ran in two 1 Mile runs indoors placing first at the Bobcat Duals (2/11) in a 5:04.70...Outdoors she ran in four 800-meter races placing first at the Al Manuel Invitational (4/2) in her outdoor best time of 2:16.75...She also qualified for the BSC Championships (5/14) in the 800-meters...She ran her season-best 1500-meters at the Cardinal Invitational (5/1) in 4:42.39...She also won the Northridge Invitational (3/19) where she clocked a 4:42.48...Was also a qualifier for the BSC Championships in the 1500-meter run...Earned Most Outstanding Female Track Athlete award at the annual Bennion Banquet.

High School: Competed in cross country, track and swimming at The Peninsula School in Australia...Earned four letters in track...Was the state champion in the 800 and 1,500-meter runs three years...Was the team MVP...Placed third at state in cross country...Holds the school records in the 400, 800, and 1,500-meter runs...Was a member of the winning AGSV track and cross country teams and a member of the third place team at state.
