Ran an 8.81 in the 60-meter hurdles at the Mountain States Games (2/4)... Ran her fastest 200-meter dash of 27.25 at the MSU Open (1/20)... Cleared 5-2 in the high jump at the Intermountain Championships (3/4)... Long jumped 17-8.25 at the Mountain States Games... Had a season best of 38-7 in the triple jump at the Big Sky Indoor Championships placing fifth... Threw the shot put 35-11.50 at the Mountain States Games... Scored 3418 points at the Mountain States Games in the pentathlon.

2004-05: Competed in a handful of events both indoors and outdoors... Had a season-best of 8.29 in the 55-meter hurdles at the Big Sky Championships (2/25) where she placed fourth... Clocked a season-best in the 60-meter hurdles of 9.06 at the Mountain States Games (2/5)... Recorded a 2:38.71 in the 800-meters at the Big Sky Championships pentathlon... Cleared 5-1.75 in the high jump at the Mountain States Games... Jumped to a season-best long jump of 17-9.50 at the Mountain States Games... Took first twice in the triple jump during the indoor season... Placed second at the Big Sky Championships in the triple jump after recording a season-best jump of 39-8 to help her earn All-Conference honors... Threw the shot put 34-8.50 at the Mountain States Games to place second in the event which was part of a pentathlon competiton... Competed in the pentathlon twice indoors recording her best score of 3373 points at the Mountain States Games... Also scored 3364 points at the Big Sky Championships to place sixth overall... Outdoors she raced to a seaon-best 100-meter hurdle time of 14.24 in the finals of the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/14) where she placed third and earned All-Conferene honors... In eight 100-meter hurdle races she never placed lower than fifth all season... Threw the javelin 103-6 at the Spring Break Open (3/17) in her first heptathlon of the season... Recorded a 26.46 in the 200-meters at the Robison Invitational heptathlon (4/23)... Recorded a season-best of 2:34.86 in the 800-meters at the Spring Break Open... At the same meet she jumped 5-2.25 in the high jump and scored her season best heptathlon score of 4627 points... She long jumped 18-0.25 at the Mark Faldmo Invitational (4/16) while placing fourth... Placed fourth at the Big Sky Championships (5/14) in the triple jump with a season-best mark of 39-6... Placed seventh overall at the Big Sky Championships in the heptathlon totaling 4567 points... Earned Most Outstanding Female Field Athlete Award at the annual Bennion Banquet.

2003-04: Competed in both the indoor and outdoor seasons... Set a season-best mark of 8.48 in the 55-meter hurdles at the Montana State Dual Invitational (2/13), placing her third... Placed sixth in the 55-meter hurdles at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/27) with a time of 8.58... Competed in the pentathlon at the Big Sky Indoor Championships... Placed 12th at the Big Sky Indoor Championships in the triple jump with a mark of 37-1.25... Set a season-best outdoor mark of 14.79 in the 100-meter hurdles at the Al Manuel Invitational (4/3)... Set a season-best outdoor mark of 39-00.50 in the triple jump at the Al Manuel Invitational... Also competed in the heptathlon during the outdoor season.

High School: Lettered in volleyball, track, and basketball at Minico High School... Named best athlete in the Magic Valley... Won seven state track and field titles... Member of state championship track team in 2001... Graduated with a 3.75 grade-point average... Also graduated in the top 35 of a graduating class of 292.
