2005-06 Track: Ran in six meets during the indoor season... Won four out of her five 1 Mile runs winning the Snake River Open (1/14), the MSU Open (1/20), the Mountain States Games (2/4), and the ISU Multiple Duals (2/11)... Her fastest time of the season came at the ISU Multiple Duals when she ran 4:59.01 over 1 Mile... She took third in the 1 Mile at the Big Sky Championships (2/25) running a time of 5:03.60... Was a member of the second place distance medley relay at the Big Sky Indoor Championships... She ran one 400-meter dash taking second in a time of 1:00.80 at the Intermountain Championships (3/4)... Outdoors she ran the 800 and 1500-meter runs... Clocked her fastest 800-meter run at the Robison Invitational (4/29) in 2:19.81 placing sixth... She ran the 1500-meter run six times never placing below eighth place... She ran 4:40.88 at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/13) to take eighth... She won the Al Manuel Invitational (4/1), the Wildcat Invitational (4/8), and the Mark Faldmo Invitational (4/22)... Took sixth at the Mt. SAC Relays (4/13) in a season-best time of 4:33.60... Ran her second fastest time of the seaon at the Robison Invitational clocking a 4:38.09.

2005 Cross Country: Had an excellent first half of the season before sitting out part of the season due to injury... Was the top Bengal at the ISU vs. Oklahoma State meet (9/3) placing sixth... Won the SUU, Westminster meet (9/10) in a time of 19:22 over a 5-kilometer course... Placed fifth at the MSU Invitational (9/17) clocking a 17:51 3-mile race... Sat out for three meets... Returned for the Big Sky Championships (10/29) where she placed third for the Bengals and 25th overall... Was the top Bengal finisher at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships (11/12) where she took 53rd and ran a time of 23:13.10 on the 8-kilometer course.

2004-05 Track: Did not compete due to pregnancy.

2003-04 Track: Ran the 800-meters three times indoors with a best time of 2:17.63 at the Intermountain Championships (3/6)... Competed in the 1600-meter run five times indoors wiht her best time at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/25) and a time of 5:04.53 where she placed fourth overall... Her indoor season also included two second place finishes in the 1500-meter run... Outdoors she competed in bothe the 800 and 1500-meter runs at the Big Sky Championships (5/15) placing tenth and fifth respectively... Her season best in the 800-meters was run at the Utah State Mark Faldmo Invitational (4/17) in a time of 2;16.77... Her fastest time in the 1500-meters was a 4:38.28 run at the California State Northridge Invitational (3/19).

2003 Cross Country: Did not compete.

2002-03 Track: Took four top-three finishes in the mile... Placed first in the mile at the Montana Dual (2/21) with a time of 5:13.49... Her best time in the 800-meters came at the ISU Multiple Dual, where she clocked a time of 2:27.46... Had a season best time of 10:32.73 in the 3,000-meters at the ISU Multiple Dual (2/1), good for fourth place... Clocked a season-best time of 18:28.91 in the 5,000-meters at the Mountain State Games (2/8)... Also placed 11th at the Big Sky Indoor Championships with a time of 19:35.19 in the 5,000-meter event... Finished with a season-best time of 4:49.70 in the 1500-meters at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/17), good for 12th place... Clocked a time of 10:44.59 in the 3,000-meters at the State Challenge Cup (4/19), finishing in fifth place.

2002 Cross Country: Ran in the first race of the season for ISU before a foot injury ended her season... Placed 22nd at the ISU Season Opener, running a time of 11:33 for the three-kilometer course.

2001-02 Track: Redshirted during the indoor and outdoor track and field seasons.

2001 Cross Country: The top runner for ISU at all seven meets during the season including the Big Sky and NCAA Regional meets... Top finish was third at the Utah State Invitational... Also finished in the top five at the Boise State and Greensboro Invitationals.

2000-01 Track: Redshirted the outdoor track season... Recorded the top five ISU times of the season in the mile during the indoor season... Best clocking was 5:09.75 at the Montana State Dual where she was the runner-up in the event... The mark ranks her eighth on the ISU all-time performers list... Finished eighth in the mile at the Big Sky Championships as a freshman.

2000 Cross Country: Redshirted the cross country season.

High School: Ran track and cross country for Highland High School... Was named team MVP twice during her career... Medalled at the state meet four times... Owns the Highland school record in the 3200-meter with a time of 11.25.

Personal: Parents are John and Esther Van Wart... Has seven siblings Jesse, Isaac, Heather, Nathan, April, Juliann and Caitlin... Majoring in Physical Education.
