2004 Cross Country: Competed in each race for the Bengals during the season... Placed tied for second with teammates at the ISU-Wheeling Jesuit Dual (9/11) with a 5,000-meter time of 21:26... Placed eighth at the Southern Utah Invitational with a 5-kilometer time of 18:22.93... Placed 18th at the Big Sky Championships (10/30) with a three-mile time of 18:15.

2004 Track: A distance runner during both the indoor and outdoor sesons for the Bengals... Placed ninth in the 3,000-meter run at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/27) with a time of 10:34.98... Recorded a season-best time of 10:29.35 in the 3,000-meter run at the Mountain State Games (2/7)... Placed seventh in the 5,000-meter run at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/27) with a time of 18:46.08... Set a season-best time of 5:20.38 in the 1600-meter run at the Montana State Invitational (2/13)... Placed 12th in the 5,000-meter outdoor run at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/15) with a time of 18:47.21... Also placed sixth at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships in the 10,000-meter run with a time of 39:29.73...

2003 Cross Country: Competed in all five of ISU's events... Was the first Bengal to cross the finish line in four of ISU's five events... Had two top-five performances... Finished third at the Southern Utah Invitational (10/18) with a time of 18:17.82 in the five-kilometer race... Also finished fourth at the Montana State Invitational (9/20) with a time of 19:07.20 in the three-mile course... Competed at the Big Sky Championships in Flagstaff, covering the five-kilometer course in a time of 15:51, good for 19th place.

2003 Track: Competed during the outdoor season for the Bengals... Competed in the 1500-meter, 3,000-meter, 5,000-meter and 10,000-meter event... Ran her way to a season-best time of 19:00.1 in the 5,000-meters at the Al Manuel Invitational (4/5), good for seventh place... Also placed first in the 5,000-meters at the ISU Springfest (5/3) with a time of 18:37.82... Finished eighth in the 10,000-meters at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/17) with a time of 39:31.85.

2002 Cross Country: Competed in all six races for the Bengals... Best finish of the season came at the ISU Invitational as she took fifth overall with a time of 20:01 for the five-kilometer course... Was the second finisher for the Bengals at the Big Sky Championships with a time of 20:38, good for 30th overall... Was ISU's third finisher at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships, covering the six-kilometer course in 23:45.

2002 Track: Competed in two meets during the indoor season and five in the outdoor campaign... Took fourth place at the ISU Springfest Meet with a 19:01.71 (aa) in the 5,000 meter (outdoors)... Her season best in the 5K came at the Weber State Invitational with a 18:57.64 (aa)... Competed in two 3K races during the indoor season... Her best time came at the Mountain State Games, a 10:42.61 (aa).

High School: A four-year letterwinner in both track and cross-country at Minnetonka County High School... Was named MVP of the cross country team her junior and senior seasons... Was dubbed most improved for track as a sophomore... Track team won the state championship her senior year... Was valedictorian of her class... A member of National Honor Society... Listed among Idaho Top 10 Scholars and in Who's Who Among American High School Students.

Personal: Parents are Lee and Marjorie Sunderland... Has six siblings, Jami, Jennifer, Adam, Linsey, Joseph and Micheal... Majoring in Speech Pathology.
