Complete Weekly Notes: All-Idaho Collegiate Cup 
All-IDAHO COLLEGIATE CUP
The Idaho State track and field team had an amazing weekend at the All-Idaho Collegiate Cup held in Bronco Stadium. Fourteen Bengals captured first place victories to seal the men's and women's spot as the number one track and field team in Idaho. The Bengal women finished the meet with 347 points, 209 points ahead of Boise State University who captured second place. The men also finished in first with 249 points, 38 points ahead of Boise State.
MERKLEY
Junior Cassie Merkley finished the meet with three first place victories. She took first place in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 14.10 attaining the fifth best All-Time Top-Ten Performances record; her third top-ten record. Merkley also took first place with a time of 1:02.58 in the 400-meter hurdles as well as in the javelin throw with a distance of 138-07.00.
OUTSTANDING PERFORMERS
Senior, Lois Ricardi captured two first place victories over the weekend. The first was in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 11:03.00 and the second in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 17:56.59. Erin Bell, a senior, also took home two first place finishes when she jumped 17-10.25 in the long jump and then jumped a height 5-04.25 in the high jump. Sydney Wendt jumped a distance of 37-09.50 for first in the triple jump. The Idaho State `A' 4x400-meter relay team took first in their event with a time of 4:01.52 Kasie Scott, a junior, vaulted her way into first place with a mark of 11-03.75
For the men, freshman Sergio Jones captured first place with a distance of 23-02.75 in the long jump. Darin Williams, a junior, finished in first with a time of 49.96 in the 400-meter dash. Junior Jacob Keller jumped a height of 6-02.75 in the high jump for first place while Sam Pierson vaulted a height of 15-07.00 for a first place finish.
