Head Coach Mike Welch on Gurney: "Jessica was the number one offensive threat on our team last season, and was second in blocking. Being sidelined with her late season injury proved how valuable she is with our team. Now that Jess is an upperclassman, I believe she will be one of the dominant middle blockers in the Big Sky. She has all the skills and complete game that will allow her to rise to the top this season." |
