2005-06 Track: Ran the indoor season for the Bengals... Clocked a season-best 1 Mile run at the Intermountain Championships (3/4) with a time of 5:21.04 and placing second... Ran a time of 10:46.08 in the 3000-meter run at the MSU Open (1/20)... Competed at the Indoor Big Sky Championships (2/25) in the 5000-meter run... Clocked a season best in the 5000-meter run at the Mountain States Games (2/4) with a time of 18:43.24... Redshirted the outdoor season.

2005 Cross Country: Was the top Bengal finisher at the Big Sky Championships (10/29) placing 18th overall and clocking a 19:09 5-kilometer finish... Won the SUU Invitational (10/15) with a time of 16:56.10 on a 5-kilometer course... Also was the winner of the ISU Multi Dual (10/8) clocking a time of 15:55 on a 4-kilometer course.

2004-05 Track: Raced both indoors and outdoors for the Bengals... Ran the 1 Mile run three times indoors clocking a 5:16.44 at the BSU Multi Dual (1/22) for a season-best time... Won the Mountain States Games 3000-meter run in a time of 10:55.38... Clocked a season-best 3000-meter time of 10:50.63 at the BSU Multi Dual... Ran the 5000-meters twice clocking her best time of 19:17.10 at the Mountain States Games... Also competed in the 5000-meters at the Big Sky Championships (2/25)... Outdoors she ran two 5000-meter races clocking her fastest time of 19:25.15 at the Al Manuel Invitational (4/2)... Ran a season best of 4:59.27 in the 1500-meter run at the Northridge Invitational (3/19)... Raced in the 3000-meter steeplechase six times during the outdoor season... Recorded her fastest steeplechase time at the Robison Invitational (4/23) where she clocked an 11:56.58 to place sixth...S he also placed seventh in the event at the Big Sky Championships (5/14).

2004 Cross Country: Competed in each race for the Bengals during the season... Placed first with teammates at the ISU-Wheeling Jesuit Dual (9/11) with a 5,000-meter time of 21:26... Placed sixth at the ISU Invitational (9/4) with a 3,000-meter time of 11:18... Placed 35th at the Big Sky Championships (10/30) with a three-mile time of 18:56.

2003-04 Track: Competed in the distance events during both the indoor and outdoor seasons... Set a season-best time of 5:26.56 in the 1600-meter run at the Snake River Open (1/17)... Set a season-best mark of 10:55.08 in the 3,000-meter indoor race at the Montana State Invitational (2/13)... Placed 13th at the 5,000-meter indoor run at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/27) with a time of 19:31.14... Placed eighth at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/15) in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a season-best time of 11:44.86.

2003 Cross Country: Competed in all five of ISU's events in 2003... Finished 31st at ISU's 3K Season Opener (8/30) with a time of 11:34... Also finished ninth at the three-mile Montana State Invitational (9/20) with a time of 19:22.3... Finished eighth at the 5K Southern Utah Invitational (10/18)with a time of 18:50.32.

High School: Four-sport athlete at Manhattan Christian High School, lettering in cross country, track, volleyball and basketball... Named All-State in Montana four times as a cross country runner... Two-time cross country state champion... Named cross country MVP as a senior... Named to All-State track team seven times... Member of state champion cross country team... Twice named All-State in volleyball... Owns the Manhattan Christian school records in the 1600-meters and 3200-meters... Received coaches award in basketball... Four-time member of the honor roll...
